I left my watch to be fixed in the morning and on the same day, received a call saying my watch band swap had been completed.  I went to pick it up before closing time and was told despite how difficult the work was to be completed (part of the band was cemented onto the watch, as I was made aware of), their expert had completed the entire operation in less than a day.  The clasp is attached beautifully and I couldn’t be more pleased!  If I have any issues with other watches and/or jewelry, I know where I will bring it to be fixed.  Thanks for the great work!
